Who We Are
BTech Supplies is an online retailer of office and technology supplies based in Cincinnati, Ohio. We sell printers, scanners, networking equipment, cables, desk accessories, and filing systems — the everyday gear that keeps a workplace running.
The company was founded on a simple observation: buying office supplies online shouldn’t require scrolling through tens of thousands of products from overseas warehouses. We stock a focused catalog of items we’ve tested and trust, hold them in our own warehouse, and ship the same day you order.
What We Sell
Our catalog covers five core departments:
- Printers & Scanners — laser printers, inkjet all-in-ones, flatbed and portable scanners, thermal label printers, wide-format printers
- Networking & Connectivity — gigabit switches, Wi-Fi routers, USB adapters, patch panels, PoE switches, mesh systems
- Desk Accessories — desk pads, monitor risers, organizers, lamps, cable management, pencil cups, file sorters

- Filing & Storage — file cabinets, shelving units, mobile carts, hanging frames, document boxes, storage bins
Every product on the site is in stock before it’s listed. We don’t dropship and we don’t list items we can’t ship today.
How We Ship
Orders placed before 2:00 pm ET on a business day leave our Cincinnati warehouse the same afternoon. Most continental US deliveries arrive in two to four business days. Orders over $75 ship free; under that, ground shipping is a flat $6.95.
