Shipping Information
All orders ship from our warehouse in Cincinnati, Ohio. We process and dispatch orders Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00 pm ET on a business day are dispatched the same afternoon. Orders placed after 2:00 pm or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.

Transit times are estimates and begin after dispatch. Delivery dates are not guaranteed unless an expedited service is selected at checkout.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via UPS and USPS. The carrier is selected based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
PO Boxes & APO/FPO
We can ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Delivery times may be longer.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only.
